If you have an existing hoarding in place and have a small budget to brand your hoarding branding panels may be the perfect solution for you. We can produce company logos, site and contact information onto smaller panels of correx or aluminium composite and install them to your hoarding.
Branding Panels are small Aluminium Composite or Correx Panels pinned to an existing hoarding.
What is an aluminium composite panel (ACM)?This type of panel is probably the most popular panel in the signage industry and frequently used for cladding of buildings, hoardings and sign panels. Unlike correx or PVC foam, aluminium composite is perfect to clad your existing hoarding because of its limited rate of expansion and contraction in all weather conditions.
What is Correx(Flue Board)?This is a cost effective extruded and fluted Polypropylene material providing excellent durability in a wide range of applications. It is light weight, chemical and water resistant.
Flat Bed Printing
Panels are loaded onto our super wide large format state of the art printing flat bad and held into place by a vacuum. The Gantry then moves across the panel and prints the desired graphic. Our machine is one of the most advanced in the Industry with fast production times and high quality print finish.
Flat Bed Cutting
Panels are printed with registration marks which are identified by the integrated camera on the machine. The camera uses these marks to establish the size of the panel on the flat bed and cut out to any desired shape with precision.
Installing Branding Panels
Branding Panels are typically installed to the existing hoarding using polyester top panel pins.
